Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges and timings

The delivery options available for your address, their prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are dispatched when stock arrives with us. Ringbearer Single Malt Whisky is expected to ship between December 2026 and January 2027. We will email you when your pre-order is dispatched, and we will let you know straight away if the expected date changes.

Age verification on delivery

Because our products contain alcohol, the delivery must be received by someone aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for proof of age and will not hand over the parcel to anyone who appears to be under 18, or who is unable to prove they are 18 or over. Deliveries cannot be left unattended or in a safe place.

If a delivery cannot be completed for these reasons, or no one is available to receive it, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, and we may charge the cost of redelivery.

Delays, loss and damage

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.
